The Encinitas Taxpayers Association (ETA) promotes good government policies and practices which enhance the City. Regardless of the issue the ETA hopes to increase public awareness and enhance the public dialogue. Because no other city organization looks holistically at the city budget it falls upon the ETA to advocate for thoughtful fiscal policy at city hall.

The ETA Board of Directors and membership is composed of diverse minded citizens who share a common interest in good local government. The organization is entirely volunteer.
